Onycholyda - Onycholyda amplecta

Onycholyda - Onycholyda amplecta
Lake Dallas, Denton County, Texas, USA
April 24, 2013
This sawfly was rather sluggish probably due to a sharp midday temperature drop. It allowed me to grab the leaf it was resting on. I think this might be Onycholyda amplecta but want to check before posting.

Pamphiliidae
yes, it is Onycholyda amplecta (F.). Larvae feed in rolled leaf edges of Rubus. Adults could be alighting on any plant.
