I would really appreciate help identifying this guy. I have had no luck! I assume it is a fly- it must get good reception with antenna like that.

I think I'm seeing evenly expanded second antennal segments, which is diagnostic for this species. If not, it's S. fuscipennis, which has laterally flattened second antennal segments.
