S. incisus

Sminthurus incisus
Hi Tom. My first impression hat it was a juvenile viridis is wrong. S. viridis does not occur in the USA. All viridis records of the USA are most probably incisus.

Family is Sminthuridae, not Sminthurididae
Hi Tom. Pls note the difference in family names. It is confusing I know. Originally Sminthuridinae was a subfamily of Sminthuridae. When the subfamily Sminthuridinae was raised to family rank, its name was correspondingly changed to Sminthurididae.
Sminthurus is a genus of family Sminthuridae.

Changed the guide
Now it's in the Sminthuridae section. I didn't look close enough, and put it in the wrong section originally. Thanks for making sure it was right:-)

Moved
Thanks Frans!

Possibly Sminthurus viridis. Family Sminthuridae.
Hi Tom. This could be a juvenile Sminthurus viridis. It is too small for an adult.
