Anthocharis thoosa colorado (Scott & Fisher, 2008)
Colorado Plateaus in southern Utah, southwestern Colorado, northeastern Arizona, and northwestern and north-central New Mexico. Division between this and subspecies inghami southward is ill-defined. Subspecies thoosa replaces ssp. colorado westward in Utah and northwestern Arizona.
Basically identical to ssp. thoosa and defined primarily by geography (primarily east of Colorado/Green River in Utah and Arizona); perhaps will be treated as a synonym of ssp. thoosa in future? The distribution of the two is continuous in northernmost Arizona and southwestern Utah, with no obvious place to draw a line to separate them.
