Moved from Adelius.

Identified by Dr. Michael Sharkey. Taxapad lists no rearing records for Ectoedemia hypericella, but there are lots of records for the genus Ectoedemia, including several species of Adelius. One of those is Adelius fasciipennis (Rowher), which name presumably indicates a banded wing, which appears evident in these photographs.

Moved from "Parasitica" (parasitic Apocrita).
