Looks like Acmaeodera tubulus? - Acmaeodera tubulus - Female
Chino Farms near Kingstown, Queen Anne's County, Maryland, USA

I browsed the Guide and ran across a picture of Acmaeodera tubulus, and this sure does look a lot like it. I found these while they were mating, and then one flew off.

Found during the BioBlitz at Chino Farms.
