Prodoxidae
Too big for a tischeriid, and the head tuft and resting posture also conflict with that diagnosis. It could be a tineid, but I believe Prodoxidae is the best answer; your moth is similar to the one shown here, but I can't determine whether or not they are exactly the same species.
