The ID credit is found with the first dorsal image. I'll repost that here:

“Most likely the moth is Prodoxus quinquepunctella (Chambers) which occurs in the area from which your seeds originated and is variable in coloration- pure white to spotted. While your specimen is a female, it is nowhere near as large and has a more blunt oviscapt than the ND species, Tegeticula yuccasella . You might wish to add a note to the picture , indicating the origin of the specimen from yucca picked up in Montana.” --Dr. Gerald Fauske (02 May 2013)
