Very small black spider
Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, USA

Size: 1-3mm
Found in the dirt / grass. Looks a bit like Entelecara acuminata, but I can't figure out if they are found in th U.S.

I agree with Kyron.
I don't know their range but Entelecara acuminata can apparently be found in the US, we have one example in the Guide from WA.

Erigoninae
I agree with the subfamily. It would be difficult to go further without a look at the genitalia though. Looks like there is some waviness around the edge of the carapace which might suggest very small teeth (genus Erigone), but it could be an illusion.
