Rhipiphorus rex? - Ripiphorus rex

Size: ~10mm
I found this specimen on a Baileya pleniradiata (woolly desert marigold). I could not collect it for further ID because it was within state park boundaries. It appears (superficially) to be R. rex, but If "frassing" is necessary due to unconfirmed ID I understand. This would be a new distribution though, since none have been found in Utah (at least on BG).
