Orange/Black - Leaf-footed Insect? Assassin Bug? - Arvelius albopunctatus

Orange/Black - Leaf-footed Insect? Assassin Bug? - Arvelius albopunctatus
Oviedo, Seminole County, Florida, USA
May 4, 2013
Size: ~0.2"
Look similar to photos submitted from Oviedo in 2006. Leaf-footed insect? Assassin bug?

Mainly, I want to know whether these are "beneficials" or not. Right now, they're in a jar. If they're "bad bugs", they aren't getting out!

Moved tentatively

ID confirmed by J.E. Eger: "probably"

Yurika must be right; great call
Moved from ID Request.

How about...
Early instar Tomato Stink Bug nymph? (Not an ID, just an amature guess)

So we call these...
Dead bugs.

We don't need no stinkin' stink bugs in my tomatoes!
