While photographing the first termite colony I found today, this fearsome warrior climbed out.
(Are the asymmetrical pincers the norm?)

This looks
more like Zootermopsis to me.

I added some images from this same colony.
I can try to get more next week.

Meanwhile, I moved these images up a couple of taxa.

It would be cool if the two colonies I've posted on are different genera.
