Oxytelus laqueatus (Marsham)
Moved from Anotylus. ID'd from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks Tom.

Not visible in your photos, but antennomere 1 is slightly constricted apically, which I believe is distinctive for Oxytelus laqueatus.
