I suspect Paectes pygmaea, but I'm not 100% sure.

Well it was originally in Paectes, but I placed it in Paectes pygmaea but then second-guessed myself and put it back in Paectes.

Sorry for the question. I was thinking of another Paectes picture of mine that HAD been ID'd as pygmy. See for the comments of RLZ.
