Green Spider - Peucetia

Green Spider - Peucetia
Chico, Butte County, California, USA
May 12, 2013
Size: 1/2 inch

Moved
Moved from ID Request. I'd say it's either Peucetia longipalpis or a juvenile.

Green Lynx
I can't make out the details too well but I think this is a Lynx Spider in the genus Peucetia. They're not considered dangerous to people in case that was a concern. This image isn't needed for the Guide and can be frassed after the ID is seen. Welcome to BugGuide!

Edit: Or not frassed, whichever. :)
