There's no need to put the scientific name in the title, as it gets automatically appended when an image is posted or moved to a species page - and having it appear twice is redundant and silly-looking.

If there is no species page, I usually put both the scientific and common name (if there is one) and then correct it after a species page is made.

It's also true that
...if the scientific name
only
is put in the title, it merely becomes italicized - not repeated - when the image is moved or posted to a species page
