Looks like Dicerca caudata to me. It could represent a new state record for TN also. Please keep this in mind if you happen to come across any additional specimens. I am sure that Ted MacRae and Rick Westcott will agree with me that a specimen will need to be deposited in a well known collection before we could actually publish something like this as a "new record" for TN.
