Braconid or Ichneumon? - Male
Mount Diablo State Park, Contra Costa County, California, USA

Found near the other parasitic wasp I just posted and first thought to be the male of that species, but looking closer they don't look that much alike. About 20mm body length, maybe slightly longer. Clueless about these guys so any help is greatly appreciated.
