Arthropeas sp.
As far as I can tell this is an Arthropeas species. Depending on the systematist you follow is is a member of the family Xylophagidae (subfamily Coenomyiinae) or of the family Coenomyiidae. Larvae are xylophagous. Arthopeas has two Nearctic species but I do not have a key.
