I will change the name. John/Jane I just looked at a ruler, per your thoughts Harlequin Beetles are larger. Yes, let me change my estimate to 1/2 maybe 5/8". This Harlequin was on a tree limb that had some substance that looked like honey smeared in the crevices that the World Butterfly Center puts out bait for insects and birds.
