Bryantopsis?
These have the shape and color pattern of Bryantopsis, but a much shorter pronotal "horn". Can you get some individual shorts that can show how much of the wings show?

Not the clearest image, and with an extra-tiny ant climbing on it, a bit obscured; but sufficient to see the wings and legs clearly. It looks like a short-horned version of Bryantopsis; but I am seeking the opinion of a treehopper expert on this one.
