Moved
Moved from Wolf Spiders. That didn't take as long as I thought it would. It matches the drawing of a male from NM in Slowik & Cushing, 2007 and range also fits well.

Moved
Moved from Hogna. Awesome. It's not very often we get the ventral when we ask for it! Anyway, I'm now considering Geolycosa as well (though H. coloradensis is looking possible), so I'm moving this back to family level for now. I'll need to do some research online. It looks like a male.

Moved
Moved from ID Request. It does look like a Hogna. A ventral view would help ID it to species.

ventral view posted
I posted a ventral picture linked to this one. I'm interested in knowing the species and gender if possible.

hmm,
Hogna antelucana perhaps?
