Unknown beetle -
Nemognatha
Lake Dallas, Denton County, Texas, USA
May 24, 2013
Unfamiliar beetle in the yard early this evening. It was on a cosmo flower blossom but I picked it up for a better look, as it appeared to have a rostrum.
