I'm pretty sure this is Calli
I'm pretty sure this is Callizia amorata, based on comparison with the only published image I found (page 216 of Wagner, et al, Geometroid Caterpillars of Northeastern and Appalachian Forests 2001). The range does include the Northwest. Note that the current larval description at BG doesn't jibe very well, but then I have images of Calledapteryx larvae that are also considerably paler than the published images I've seen, so apparently darkness can vary considerably.
