I am having trouble distinguishing wasps from bees. Is this a Sweat Bee of some sort? The poor picture is because I refrigerated the bee before photographing it. Won't do that any more.

John, Mining Bee was my first choice, then when I found the Metalic Green Bee, I thought this one also looked like a Sweat Bee.
