Caterpillar with internal Parasitoids

Caterpillar with internal Parasitoids
Basking Ridge, Somerset County, New Jersey, USA
May 23, 2013
In this picture the Caterpillar is lit by a strong flashlight, and you can see the shadows of the parasites, especially the two closest to its head.

When the caterpillar was crawling (in front of the beam of light) I could see the things inside it swaying with pulse/current of body fluids, while still anchored to inside wall of the caterpillar by their breathing tubes.
