This dragonfly has me stumped - 3 angles photographed - anyone know this one? - Crocothemis servilia - Male

I saw this gorgeous dragonfly and observed it until I saw it resting and was lucky enough to nab 3 photos from different angles. I have photographed a Needham's Skimmer before and a Wandering Glider but I just not sure if either of those fits. I need some expert eyes to chime in so I can learn the nuances.
