Looks like Exaireta spinigera, Stratiomyidae, to me.

I didn't think Stratiomyidae because our native species have a small discal cell.

 
Very true John, but this is a
Very true John, but this is an import from Australia I believe. Although the discal cell is larger than expected, the venation is otherwise typical for Stratiomyidae.
