. Great shots, Fyn! We barely have any full body shots of the adult males of this species, so this is a great addition!
As far as
scriptus
vs.
tenebrosus
... the abdomen of
D. scriptus
usually has white 'W'-shaped markings that go all the way across the back half of the abdomen, whereas in
D. tenebrosus
, only the very edges of the 'W'-shaped marks are sometimes white. (And I also checked out what I could see of the pedipalps, too, to make sure it was
D. tenebrosus
.)
Here is a comparison shot of a male
D. scriptus
so you can see the white marks on the abdomen and the sort of different look they have (still really similar, though):
