Wretched Olethreutes -
Olethreutes exoletum
Ballston Lake , Saratoga County, New York, USA
May 31, 2013
Size: 8 mm long
This moth just emerged from a cocoon I found on a leaf of black currant. I also found a caterpillar on the same plant, possibly the same species. ID help appreciated.

Love those moth common names
This one might be the title of a horror movie!
