Large Black Ant - Camponotus mina
N of Redfield Canyon, E of Redington, Graham County, Arizona, USA
May 21, 2013
Size: approx 5-6 mm
Found on a flowering Velvet Mesquite Tree (Prosopsis velutina) during the day in a dry area. Thank you for your help.
