A superb Spider Wasp (Pompilidae)
Combination of orange hind femora and bluish wings make this species very elegant. Could be mistaken for a Chalybion sp. (Sphecidae), weren't its typical Pompilid outline.

wasp
when i saw this from a distance i thought it was a pompilid, but after i got close to it i was not sure... i did not get any good pictures of the wing veins, but i guess i will have to go back through my pompilid keys for a second look... the antennae do not look right to me in any case.
