not Bothrotes
This looks like a Metopoloba pruinosa. It does not have pronotal carina so may be mistaken as a female Bothrotes. Both have a characteristic carina over each eye, which is sorta visible in this photo. The specific characters for the genera elude me now, but the brown coloration matches all the specimens I have seen. The Bothrotes species fromt he American SW do not have this coloration.
