Male Eastern Pondhawk
The green face is diagnostic.

The latin name is Erythemis simplicicollis.

or perhaps ...
a Great Pondhawk male? Definitely in the genus Erythemis. I'm not sure about the Florida species but in RI we have the Eastern Pondhawk.
