Curious about this one, I have seen these before, but not with the long ovipositor (if that is what it is) on the hind quarters.

Braconid Wasp (Braconidae) - female
Several picture of this genus are now available in the Guide. Quite similar, if not identical, insects occur in Southern Europe too.
