Reminds me of the Household Casebearer,
Phereoeca uterella. They belong to the Clothes Moth family Tineidae. Most people notice the case but not the caterpillars themselves, which mostly feed on wools and spider webs, so may be a potential pest. An intersting find. Welcome to BugGuide!

Hey Stephen Thank You I had an interesting "find" today. I remembered the cedar chest on the lanai that for years has stored my 30 yr old sweaters from up north. I had forgotten they were in there.
I appreciate the feedback. Guess I'll stop feeding them.- gary
