Size: ~16mm wingspread
At outdoor light. I picked one of my darkest Palpitas to be as certain as possible that its image can document the presence of P. magniferalis in Florida on the BG map where no documentation of this species yet exists. (I have replaced the original image with one from the same photo, omitting the size scale bar, making minor color adjustments and cropping to square format.)
