Nymphs on Joe Pye Weed - Entylia carinata

Size: about 0.5 cm
These insects (?nymphs),attended to by ants, have been in the same place on a Joe Pye Weed plant for the past week. Does anyone know what they are? Thanks.

Don't see any nymphs but they are probably around
under a leaf someplace. Adult Entylia
