Nepticulidae ...

The eye-caps on the antennae is distinctive to two genera of nepticulids, Stigmella and Ectoedemia. Since Terry Harrison hasn't weighed in, I seriously doubt we're going to get any farther than Nepticulidae. In which case, mine is off to the frass farm :)
