Same individual?
There are two photos here, one from 2006 with a mating pair, and the other from 2013 with a single female. I believe the way BugGuide works is that there should only be photos of the same individual (or aggregation) on a single page.

If that's the way you say it works, then go ahead and move one to where it's supposed to be. Or report it to the management.

Since I'm not an editor (yet) or the contributor of the photo (the only two types of users that can move images), I will report it to someone who can move it, as you suggested.

"Don't link images of different specimens. Instead use the thumb markup."
