Unknown Leafhopper - Agallia nielsoni

Unknown Leafhopper - Agallia nielsoni
Mobile (Dog River), Mobile County, Alabama, USA
June 12, 2013
Size: 2-3mm
Venation and vertex remind me of Chlorotettix, but then it has a vague Graminella look about it. BTW you can tell by the weave, it's not foreshortened, but really that short. I don't know anything with the pronotum and scutellum marked like this.
UPDATE: Adds new species for Alabama

Tentative: A. lingula
This is a Gulf Coast species, ranging north from Mexico. It has a different pronotum pattern than other Agallias

Moved from Four-spotted Clover Leafhopper.

Moved to Agallia quadripunctata
Moved from Leafhoppers.

Agallia quadripunctata
the head is much shorter than that of Chlorotettix or Graminella, and differently marked
