They came out just before sunset to feed on the Queen Ann's Lace.
I did not know cockroaches could be so beautiful.
Aprox. 15mm.

Very nice!
Living on the Gulf Coast all my life, I've come to abhor roaches, but this little guy seems to redeem them a bit. I've never seen one in the house, and they've always "behaved" when I've seen them. I've mostly observed them on tree leaves or on flowering vines. I actually kind of like the colors, and my daughter agrees that they don't seem creepy.
