rotundipennis
If I run it through the key to Eutreta in the fruit fly handbook it comes out at rotundipennis with more interior wing spots than normal. The handbook does not list a host plant.

the rotundipennis
in this guide is also of a fly I photographed, I understood it had to do with the split white band on the outer aspect of the wing?

thanks
