Large Spider by Pond - Dolomedes scriptus - Male
Pesquawket Pond, Conway, New Hampshire, USA
June 10, 2013
Size: ~ 4 - 4.5"
It fell into the water and swam pretty well. It was in the White Mountains at Pesquawket pond.

Not an ID, just an observation...
It resembles Dolomedes scriptus:



The spider experts will be able to say for sure.
