genus Dolomedes
this is a fishing spider, very similar to wolf spiders, but a different family altogether: the Pisauridae. Dolomedes tenebrosus my guess

Thanks, It didn't seem t fit. I haven't seen this one before. The only fishing spider I knew was a six spotted one.

The images look a bit darker on here compared to the originals. I thought Paradosa but don't see a match...closest seems to be the shore spider and band legged...but not terribly close. Some of the funnel web spiders have similarities...
