Appears to be Spanioneura fonscolombii
Based on the following characters in accordance with Tuthill (1943): Wings: Forewing long and rhomboidal, about 3x as long as wide, with Rs vein terminating at apex and 4 prominent radular markings along margin; marginal cells long; pterostigma prominent; hindwings almost as long as forewing. Head: Genal cones very long (perhaps the most striking character of this species), as long as vertex; antennae slightly longer than width of head. Tuthill doesn't describe the male genitalia, but it is consistent with other images of this species that I've seen. This is the only species in the genus in North America.
The species is native to Europe; the hostplant is
Buxus
. Known in North America from at least Connecticut; not surprising to see one from Massachusetts.
Some online photos of this species (from Europe) can be found
