Front Yard Spider - Araneus andrewsi - Female

Size: abt the size of a quarter
Back in 2011 I followed a spider for almost a year until we determined that It was Araneus andrewsi. Now I have two similar spiders, one for each yard, front and back. Similar, but significantly different. Their epigynums seem to match the 2011 spider. Are they the same? Is there this much difference in individuals of this species?
