Size: 1-2 mm
This little wasp was laying eggs on aphids. Many surrounding aphids had already been parasitized and were mummified, some with exit "hatches" wide open.

I separated the two species and cross-referenced them with thumbnails in the Remarks section.

Two Separate Species
Dr. Michael Sharkey agrees with me that you have two species, not just two individuals represented in these linked images.

 
Wasps
I noticed after I posted these pictures that there were significant differences in two of the insects. Don't know how I missed it before.

Right. Adult braconids will emerge about two weeks after oviposition.
