Caenocara tenuipalpa Fall, male
ID'd from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks Tom, a new species for the guide!
Key here is seeing under the microsope the slender terminal maxillary palpomeres and the shape of the last antennal segment. Males of this species do not have the eyes nearly as excised as the females.
