Lagoa crispata, or Megalopyge? - Megalopyge crispata

Lagoa crispata, or Megalopyge? - Megalopyge crispata
Lake Texana SP, Jackson County, Texas, USA
June 3, 2013
I'm fairly certain this image is correctly ID-ed as Lagoa crispata but I thought I'd better check before placing it on that page. I didn't get a size measurement but the critter was probably twice the size of a nearby Monoleuca semifascia. Photographed at porchlight of restroom at Lake Texana SP; mixed oak woodland.
